New to Real Estate, Real Estate Investing. At the moment i dont have much to offer but my Time. I work 40 hours a week, and have my daughter on my days off. I just finsihed listening to Kevin Wood's podcast and currently listen to Michael Quarles podcast. I have most of BP's books and currently 113 pages into "How to Invest in Real Estate" by Josh and Brandon. Extremely interested, motivated. My WHY is extremely strong. For my future, my families future, and to get out of the "Rat Race" (Rich Dad Poor Dad ). I want to focus on Assets vs liabilities. I want to learn and work toward Cash Flow and long term wealth.
