Hi all!

I'm a new investor looking to buy my first 3-4 family property in the Springfield/Westfield/Holyoke Massachusetts area. I'm looking to do BRRR or Buy and hold, and I have been approved via FHA for $240K. Any investors/ landlords familiar with using these strategies in this area? I'd love to pick your brain and make sure I can find the best deal possible!
