Need some help in Laredo judging values.

I have a family wanting to sell some Laredo homes, but do not know that market at all. I’m looking for a local investor to help with values, and/or an agent/broker to run comps.

My exit would be to wholetail them on MLS.

@Jon Klaus It would be a good idea to find an investor friendly Realtor that's a part of the local MLS so you're getting accurate number and are not having to rely on zillow, Realtor.com, etc. Often, a Realtor will help you to run comps for free on the front in exchange for listing the property on the back end.
