Should I wait for "LLC or Not"
It's been about a week since I applied for my LLC and not sure how long the process may take. I want to get the ball rolling towards flipping my first property but not sure if I should wait or put it in my name. I don't have a deal yet but wanted to know would there be major tax differences? Please advise!
