Fix and flip or wholesale
I recently got a 2bed, 1 bath single family home under contract, I'm having a difficult time finding a hard money lender as the property needs 25 - 30k and the seller is asking 14k.
Every lender I speak with tells me they will Not do any flip under 75k.
What would you do?
