I am looking to start real estate investing career and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on investor association in the metro Detroit area? A basic google search shows groups in Macomb/Oakland/Wayne counties and was hoping to get some member perspective on these associations. I appreciate any help and/or insight on the benefits and downsides to these groups. I appreciate your thoughts and time.
