Hi Friends,

I’m thinking about buying a smallish home in Olmsted Township with the objective of living there when I retire, in 5-8 years. I want to rent it out in the meantime (I live in CA). When researching Olmsted Twp rentals, I see very few -is there any reason it’s tough to rent there, or is it just due to the demographics? Thanks in advance!
