NEED: Trustworthy Contractor for Tub Replacement in Kansas City

Hello to all my fellow Kansas City Investors. 

I need some help! I am looking for a trustworthy and reliable contractor you have worked with in the past. I have recently purchased my first rental in the Independence, MO area. I live about 4 hours away and need a contractor to replace a tub for me. If you have any recommendations of someone you have used in the past I am all ears!
