Starting Out In Indianapolis
Hi my name is Mike Nance here in Indy. I’ve done some wholesaling in 2008, completed a few deals. But now I’m trying to find my way back, looking to start with fix and flip, and then build on rentals to make some passive income. I’m currently in the process of getting my real-estate license, using them to learn and build some capital while I’m working fulltime. My main goal is to not have to work a 9 to 5 again, and live off my real-estate investments and passive income.
