New to the real estate investment market.
I currently live in south jersey. I’ve been reading books and watching webinars and I must say, I’ve learned the basics, but a lot of them make the game sounds easy and I know it’s not. I also am starting to realize that I am more of a hands on type of person. Is there anybody in my area or near by that’s willing to bring some light to fixing and flipping I will be so grateful..
