Looking for a Home Inspector & Attorney- St Charles / Geneva, IL

Just placed an offer on a property, which both my agent and I feel strongly about that the owner will accept. I will likely need a home inspector within the next week or two to inspect the house when the offer is accepted. Can anyone refer me to a reliable home inspector that is diligent and charges a reasonable amount? As the title says, the home is in the St. Charles / Geneva, IL area.

I also will require an attorney for when closing time comes. Can anyone recommend a decent attorney that is relatively cheap?
