Good afternoon

I am 32 and currently working a full time job in the warehouse industry as a supervisor. I am currently extremely interested in getting started and networking in the DFW area for buying and holding and flipping multi family units and single family units. I have been doing research just need more assistance in the other areas such as being able to get an investor for a property to make a buy on. PLEASE ASSIST even if you are not in the area

Hey @Panetrick Gooden! Could you please clarify the question. Are you looking for investors to wholesale property you found to? Or are you looking for another investor to partner with on a property? Or is it something else entirely?

Also, it seems you are trying to do everything at once (buy&hold and flip SFH and MFH) while also having a full-time job. This could be difficult if you are just starting out. I recommend finding a niche and focusing on that.
