Brand new to Real Estate. Looking to learn from someone local

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to start? I've been reading books and watching YouTube also started working side jobs to save for my first downpayment. Was looking into multifamily housing as my first investment considering I'd probably be living there. I appreciate any response in advance.
