I am very interested in starting a networking group in orange county. I feel we can do this for ZERO cost with the main goal of keeping eachother encouraged and motivated. Those are my two favorite ways to help people, encourage and motivate.

We could meet once a month on a wed or thurs in the evening time somewhere in the middle of orange county.

Anyone who wants to join my ENCOURAGEMENT AND MOTIVATIONAL networking group must meet the following requirements:

Follow Golden Rule
Drink Beer or Whiskey or Wine or tolerate those that drink beer and whiskey and wine
Love Rock N Roll

Open to any one in industry as long as they love rock n roll music. Yes I am discriminating. Message me if anyone is interested around these parts. The Rock N Roll is important because in my projects and work I ROCK N ROLL and am interested in helping others that ROCK N ROLL as well. Lazy passive investors or lazy real estate agents who want the market to do all the work -no need to apply

Bumped!

What a wonderful post Emily Dixon!

I would be willing to do the same dogonnit in the San Fernando Valley, especially with the ENCOURAGEMENT AND MOTIVATION.

I see Emily's ROCK and ROLL and raise her some 94.7 FM the Wave crazy-sexy-cool-smooth jazz!

I also have attended (once) the SCV Real Estate Group on Meetup, up in the Santa Clarita Valley every first Wed of the month. It is run by a good guy realtor named Steve Lieberman.

Blessings all,

Tevis
