Hi Tanner -- welcome to the world of real estate investing! North Jersey is a big place make sure you narrow down you search to a few specific markets. This will make analysis so much easier for you. Also make sure you get started on getting pre-approved right away if you haven't already. It will give you a better idea on your budget and make "pulling the trigger" faster. Feel free to DM me if you have any further questions!
