Hi, I am investor looking for buying property for buy and hold in the area of Atlanta for approximatly 65,000-70,000 USD. Appreciate if you could help my to understand what are the best areas and neigbheroods to invest.

At that price point, not too many places in metro Atlanta. 

Macon and SW ATL may be the best.
