Onsite property manager needed

I have an apartment building that is slowly being renovated with 13 out of 15 units occupied. It’s definitely a project. I have an offsite property manager but I’d really like an onsite property manager and/or handyman on site. Willing to offer free rent, stipend, and bonuses based on level of work and experience. Ideal for someone starting out. I’d also love to partner with this person in the future if everything works out. Sound remotely interesting to anyone?
