What Groups Keep You Going?
Our local Madison REIA just had our annual Flip Analysis Tour where our members learn how to "hands-on" analyze and bid out flip properties. ππ‘

We are able to get into properties together and analyze each deal as if we were ALL taking on the project ourselves and compare our rehab budgets/projections and visions for the property.

This tour is designed to build confidence so each member can be comfortable giving an offer to a seller without walking out the door. Such a valuable (and fun!) skill to have!
