19 and new to real estate Lakeland FL
Hello everyone my name is Michael Anderson I’m 19 and from central Florida,Lakeland to be exact. I’m completely new to real estate as a whole I know the basics of it and the bigger pockets podcast is all I listen to through out the day. I’m so excited to get into real estate investing particularly wholesaling. There’s a lot of questions I have but a couple are: is the Lakeland market a tough market to wholesale because of competition from Tampa/Orlando? What’s the best way to start networking for the first time? And when I do get a lead how to tell if it’s something that is worth it or a dead end. Being so young makes me doubt myself like will people take me seriously? But I’m going to make this work because age is just a number.
