Future of market for Tradition, Port St Lucie, Florida

Hello,

I see the current construction in the area. I recently bought a new construction home as my first house here. They attempted to sell me on the idea that the area around my community will be built up within the next 5 years, driving the prices of my home and other houses up substantially. I would just like to know if anyone is an agent or investor in the area and their outlook on it to see if I wasn't just jumping on a hot cake because the area looks to improve in the coming years.
