Hello I am an newbie investor looking to get started in the Dallas Tx, Mckinney TX area. Looking to get some advice. Looking to get into flipping houses to build up my Capital to buy and hold later down the road. Looking for a way to find leads and off market deals. And join an network group in the area. Any suggestions?
