Sin City- Looking to Network/Build a Team in Las Vegas

Looking to meet some other investors, agents, contractors, title, wholesalers in the Las Vegas area. 

I am coming out early next month, first week, and would like network and meet or see some properties in the area. I am looking for properties to rehab and flip and put back on the market a short time later. 

Only interested in distressed properties, nothing retail, nothing turnkey.
