@Vincent Vasquez It's still a good market to invest in. At the moment, we're having a horrible inventory crunch. We have about 50% less rentals than last year, yet sales haven't really declined. The existing inventory we do have is being devoured. It good for flippers, but super hard for buy and hold folks because most things are selling really quickly at retail prices. We'll see how listings do this Spring. I'm hoping for a surge in listings come March, April and May.
