Morning all! I have recently purchased a home for the family in Clarksville TN and will be moving in about 6 weeks. I would like to know if there are any experienced local investors or mentors there that I could link in with. Not looking for someone to hold my hand as much as have a cup of coffee and discuss the market etc. Thanks.
