Where’s the best markets for duplex/triplex at?

I’m looking to buy my first investment property, but don’t know where to look. I was thinking Texas, Colorado, or Arizona, where is best for duplex/triplex+ ?

I recommend Columbus, Ohio. It is important to establish a good team because without that it is difficult to be successful in any market.
