Looking for Contractors in Atlanta?

I'm new to wholesaling. Haven't done any deals yet, but I'm working on it. Wanted to know if anyone knew of any contractors in Atlanta that would be willing to let me tag along with them for a day or two as they inspect houses. I wanted to get a basic grasp of what to look for when estimating repairs, since I know the cost of repairs is important in determining what to offer the seller. I will pay of course!
