Investing in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
I am a new investor - or am working on achieving that status - in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. I'm trying to figure out what my focus should be - single family homes or multifamily. Any advice on where the best deals are right now, and where they are likely to be over the next year?
