New to real estate, BRRRR method, anyone near Pittsburgh PA?

Hi!

I am an active duty military, husband, and father of three. I have decided to start real estate investing in the Pittsburgh, PA area and am trying to get a feel for the local markets. I am just taking a shot on here and seeing if there are any investors in my area who would not mind a noob licking their brain.
