Hello, my partner and I are looking at sending out postcards to the 150 houses in the area we are targetting for non-MLS listed properties. I have put together the basics on a post-card and was just looking for feedback from someone with experience regarding the wording. Additional tidbits of advice are also much appreciated.

We are two Cleveland natives searching to buy our first property. We're looking specifically at the properties highlighted in green in the graphic to the right.
