Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Ames.

Purchase price: $143,000

This was my first ever investment property. It's located on the west side of Ames, very close to Iowa State University's Campus. The plan is to increase rents up next year to the market average, where the original owner has had the same residence in there for over 5 years.
