[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal.
Hello guys,
I am a newbie rooky trying to jump into the real state world. I am just starting analyzing deals. This one looks like a good one to me. However I am not sure about the rehab cost and the ARV. The unit only has one picture on the MLS. It says that it is being used as a duplex.
