This home was owned by a woman who had started to deteriorate health-wise. I had met her son through a contractor, and he asked me to list the home. The owner was a hoarder, and the home had massive amounts of deferred maintenance. I knew if I listed it would be for a very low price, and my commission would be next to nothing.
