Single-family residence fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $413,000
Cash invested: $45,000
Sale price: $650,000
This was a short sale deal that was don through a agent that was having a hard time getting the bank to accept any offers.
The bank did not have the right inspection for it's as is condition. We provided the a good inspection report that showed the bank that they need to come down off the purchase price.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
This was a driving for dollars situation as to where i got to know the agent and what he need to do to get the deal closed
