This analysis comes from a foreclosed home, 4bd 2 bath 2 story on the market for 6 mths+ . It sits in a decent neighborhood where other units are worth the median of 165000. The buying price is 94000 with cosmetics damage that can be fixed by myself. it would take 16k to fix. There is a second house, 2bd 1 bath, house on the 1 acre corner parcel. Since this is my first time every analyzing, 3 weeks of self education, I am just looking for some advice if allowed.
