Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $20,000
Cash invested: $100,000

So, I am wrapping up my first renovation. *Whew* It was a long and hard struggle, especially passing inspections, but I've made it through the mud. I have been giving it all of my spare time for the last 18 months. I planned on fixing it up and renting it out. Due to unforseen circumstances with the city and personal life I moved in. Total investment is near 100-105k. Now I'm exploring options to pull value out for more investments!
