I’m from NYC and looking for my first rental I. Huntsville Alabama . Can anyone let me know how’s is the market in Huntsville, AL 35802. I am looking into a condo for 130k . I seen several houses but they need a lot of work. Anyone also know the vacancy rate . Thank you all
