The home prices in Memphis are certainly appealing. Numbers I’ve seen related to median salary and poverty rates have given me some pause about considering investing in the city. I also know there are some other pretty big turn key rental companies that I’m sure make the market even more competitive. 

Are you able to still able to find properties B class or greater that make sense in this current market?
