What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Love the market, the area, and the opportunity of this deal! Also very similar to other properties and deals we have done in the area so the business plan is proven.

Local bank & lending partner we've used before.

How did you add value to the deal?

Will be running an handful of larger capex projects and interior renovations. New roofs, painting the building a new modern paint scheme, interior upgrades and upgrades to the grounds & amenities.

Having a good lending partner can make or break a deal when timelines are tight!
