Hello fam, BP newbie here. 👋

I used the calculator to try and analyze a purchase I'm considering as my foray into house hacking. The property has an 810SF separate unit that I plan to use for short-term rentals. I was conservative with the estimates using the % guides in the info tips. However, I do not understand the report that was generated. It's all negative numbers. Can you take a look and tell me what I missed? Or point me in the right direction? Many thanks 🙏
