Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment in Allentown.

Purchase price: $66,000
Cash invested: $15,000

Bought for $66,000 and got $7,500 back at closing for renovations. Refinanced after 6 months for 75% LTV, appraisal came in at $116,000. Cash out refinance almost doubled the initial cash investment!
