Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $175,000

I purchased this home to live with the intent of moving and renting. It was turn key and I lived in it for about a year and a half before moving and renting it out.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a typical family home in good central location, close to good schools, work, and shopping.
