First Home Flip Success

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $148,000
Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $222,900

My husband and I did the majority of the work on this flip to save on cost since the budget was tight. But we learned so much about the process of fixing up a home and really working together to achieve something great.

Congrats - looks like a great flip! Where was the property located? Flipping the next one or consider BRRRR?
