Analysis Spreadsheet Feedback

Hi All, just starting out and trying to do some legwork up front so I’m approaching investing properly.

I could have used an online calculator to start analyzing properties but thought it better to create a spreadsheet so I understand every number that is going in and coming out. 

Including a screenshot of my sheet here and would appreciate any feedback on what I may be missing or could do differently.
