Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Gorum.

Purchase price: $350,000
Cash invested: $75,000
Sale price: $580,000

Was a 3/2 off market property that need a full remodel. Was a partnership deal with 2 others, 21%.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Was seeing other investors and realtors in my area capitalizing on fix and flips and so I decided to pull the trigger.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Full home remodel including kitchen, baths, floors, paint and landscaping.

What was the outcome?

Very good considering the local area market was beginning to shift.
