Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $125,000

3BD/2BA Single-family residence

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

$0 down, VA Loan. Primary residence originally, then rented after wife and I got engaged!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I'm currently the property manager, so I've been learning a ton in that area (positives & negatives).
