Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in North Tacoma!

Purchase price: $314,000

If you're looking for a great place to invest in Washington State, I would highly recommend North Tacoma. What makes this area so good for investing is that it's close to a few major hospitals, and close to some great University's. It's also close to trendy restaurants, bars, shopping, farmers markets, and coffee shops. People are always looking to rent houses in this area and it's also great for medium term rentals for traveling nurses.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I knew this was a great market for investing! Close to major hospitals and Universities.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I'm a local realtor and another broker in my office told me it was coming on the market and to move fast!

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional 20% Down

How did you add value to the deal?

I waived my commission to net the seller more money because it had multiple offers on it.

What was the outcome?

I've already made over $220,000 in equity on this tiny home.
