Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $165,000
Cash invested: $70,000

Duplex 3/1 each unit.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Long-term real estate portfolio investment.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through the MLS.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional loan plus a 1031 Exchange for the down payment.
