Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Paramus.

Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $168,000
Even though this flip didn't require much work, what made it unique was its all cash nature. Thus, much stress for an inexperienced flipper such as myself at the time. While it all worked out in the end, an important lesson I learned was to always tailor all future acquisitions to be in sync with my personality as an investor.
