Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Richmond.

Bought a garbage duplex over a year ago and slowly working our way to a heloc to buy a 4 unit.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Only way we could get in at the height of the market
