Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $15,000

We purchased this townhome & lived in in it 5 years before moving to a larger home & renting it out. It is now paid off & provides positive cash flow every month.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was new- not much to do except move in. It was the perfect size to rent out after we outgrew it.
